Despite covid and CNY, they still managed to exceed my expectations in my timeline. Bernice is a great project manager and answered all questions patiently and professionally. She also managed the timeline so well that I was able to move in before the expected handover date. Shiping helped with my design and gave great ideas on colour combination and styling of rooms. They are so detailed oriented that work was done really well from carpentry to plumbing to painting and electrical. We did not require the workers to come back to repair or change things as everything was done right the first time. "Bernice is very professional and responsible to my house renovation. And very responsive and patient in answering to the plenty of questions I ask during the renovation. She is alway patient and listen to our concerns and try her best to solve this issues with solutions that suit us. She also keep us constantly updated on the renovation status. My renovation start in Sept but with the covid still on going she is able to arrange manpower and meet the timeline given to her. She really did a fantastic job. Not to mention able to meet our timeline but also able to handover the house earlier than the expected date. After handover when we face with issue and told her about it. Bernice was the ID which we met purely by chance. We chosen Bernice as we wanted to support her as a sole proprietor and we are happy to share that she has delivered on all our request with high standards. Design and planning wise, we have planned layout which Bernice helped made it into a reality. We do have issues arising and Bernice was always willing to get it resolved. The renovation journey was very quick and we always receive updates on the progress and upcoming works to be done. Workmanship wise, we hired a defect checker who also gave compliments of the work done by Bernice. This is an independent opinion by a third party checker and we are grateful to Bernice for a job well done.

What made the entire project and experience fantastic was because of Bernice's philosophy of:

1) Design - She is very much in love with beautiful designs and making sure your home becomes a place you look forward to coming back every day. She is also able to achieve a wonderful balance between design and practicality, and frequently advises us to avoid the 'look good' but totally not practical styles (after all, a home is for living in!)

2) Communication - Bernice is extremely responsive and is always contactable for the homeowner. She also does a brilliant job of maintaining a proper renovation schedule, and keeping the homeowner updated of the progress, which helps keep the anxiousness at bay! Having clear and honest communication with Bernice also helped built tremendous trust between us.

3) Problem Solver - When confronted with an issue or a problem, Bernice never shies away from responsibility. Her catch-phrase of "Don't worry, let me handle it." is a dream for all homeowners, especially when defects are bound to occur in a project of this scale. This works because Bernice's primary objective is to build a beautiful home instead of just completing another renovation.

During the search for IDs for our renovation, our key priorities were to find someone who is (1) trustworthy, (2) knows design, (3) has reasonable pricing, and (4) one we are comfortable with on a personal level. And I have to say Bernice exceeded all our expectations! Highly recommend her to manage your renovation!
